Day 1

After another stint off the wagon (and back up once again to my record high weight), and another year of my work and personal lives taking priority over my health, I've decided to go back to Primal. It's worked, I feel great and the food is awesome. Staying on it? Hard. Damn hard. Not only because some of my favourite foods are just oh-so-terribly bad for you but also since I have years and years of bad habits to unlearn. That and work just keeps getting more and more stressful. But I think that in order to keep going at the pace I need to, and to make sure I'm around for decades to come, I have to make my health a priority. So we're trying this again. Maybe a blog will help keep me honest?

Wishful thinking? Maybe. But we'll give it a go!
